Thermoset acrylic resin: a non-melting acrylic polymer with a network structure crosslinked into 、an acrylic 、monomer ( methyl ethyl acrylate n-butyl 、acrylate and methyl methacrylate n-butyl methacrylate , etc.) as basic components.

Thermoplastic acrylic resin: A type of thermoplastic resin made by polymerizing acrylic acid, methacrylic acid and its derivatives (such as esters, nitriles, amides) . It can be repeatedly softened by heat and cooled and solidified. Generally, it is a linear polymer compound , which can be a homopolymer or a copolymer , which has good physical and mechanical properties , excellent weather resistance, chemical resistance and water resistance, and high light and color retention. The molecular weight of thermoplastic acrylic resins used in the coating industry is generally 75,000 to 120,000. Nitrocellulose cellulose 、butyrate acetate and pervinyl chloride resin are commonly used to improve the performance of the coating film .
